Welcome back Cosmic travellers, wanderers and explorers to another exciting journey into the wondrous realm of unlimited unknown possibilities. A cosmic realm of mysterious unknown worlds filled with stories and adventurers which will captivate and invigorate your imagination with magical purpose. Yes my friends this month we will explore together what is not only simply in my opinion a solid animated television show but a series enriched with spectacle and grace… a television show not only worth your time I suggest it is one in which you solely invest your time in, Marvel’s What if…

While the show is now in it’s second season, I highly encourage you to visit season one to bring you up to speed on the premise or concept of this series. It’s not that hard to grasp really, it basically revolves around the idea what if everything you think you know about the Marvel Universe was changed and the characters you all love were somehow slightly different. The idea stems from the Multiverse being introduced into the MCU with the latest Spider-man and Doctor Strange movies then grows upon that ‘What if’ narrative! The series narrated by the Watcher explores several original story lines in different Marvel universes where  ‘let’s say’ Iron-man wasn’t killed when he defeated Thanos in End Game or What if ‘let’s say’ J. Jonah Jameson was actually Spider-man, stuff like that.

I found the series to be very well written and includes good CGI animation with IMO excellently choreographed action sequences throughout. The series involves separated plot lines and plot lines that are inter connected, sometime obviously and sometimes they weave together at unexpected times. I greatly enjoyed this show to be honest and would certainly watch another season. One of the highlights is the fact the voice actors for the series are the original character actors in the movies, either an expensive play by Marvel or something they donated their time for out of love?

One of the complaints I have heard online about the show is that the story telling is not diverse enough and focuses upon the same characters over and over again, which it in fact does but I’m sure as it grows so will the cast list.
It’s hard not to be enthralled with Captain Carter though, a character given the brush off in the movies shines as bright as her shield in this series… I’m in love!

Marvels What if is created by A. C. Bradley for Disney+ and produced by Marvel studios. It stars Jeffery Wright, Halley Atwell, Chris Hemsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston, Jon Faveau, Catt Blanchett Michael Douglas and the list goes on!

In my opinion Marvel’s What if is totally worth the watch.
-Cheers

Regarding the Art work… Captain Carter sculpt done in Blender and she just might be my cleanest mesh yet. I tried to render out a wire-frame but 4.0 doesn’t  seem to have that ability anymore?
